In this article you are going to learn how you can stay mentally strong through yoga and meditation, I’m going to share with you some basic exercises that will help you to clear your thinking ability, and self-motivation. and the best thing is you can do it very easily anywhere. and I’m sure after that, you will feel thankful for this.
so let’s get started.
Start with at least 5 minutes of meditation –
there are a lot of tricky tips and tricky things available across the internet, you might have heard about meditation like, do this thing do that thing
This is not the right way to do meditation, you are doing wrong this is not the proper way to do mediation, and a lot more like that and you might have realized that na baba ham se naa ho payega.
I can’t do this, and it’s not my thing,

now listen to me this is not a tricky thing that you can’t do that and yes you can do this you can do it itself I would like to tell you,
and you don’t need to search for someone for you think that’s person can teach me, if anything you really need that is you just need a silent and calm environment where nobody can disturb nobody can interrupt you while you meditating you, in the beginning, you might have won’t able to concentrate and it’s often happen and you have to understand this you are just in your learning stage and you have to allow your self for doing mistakes and I don’t think there is the only a particular way or some certain way or technics are approved for mediation you can create your own way for practicing of mediation according to your understanding and your comfortability the only thing that matter is you have to start your journey right now. That’s why you have to practice for at least 5 minutes every day.
no matter how just do it sit comfortability close your eyes and watch your thoughts in the beginning you might feel some kind of fear and a lot of thoughts will come like a flood come but you have to manage the consistency you are not gonna give up you have to be strong and I know you are.
whatever happens, you are not gonna leave that place till 5 minutes you can increase your timing from 10 minutes to 15 minutes. now during this time you just have to close your eyes and you can concentrate on your body parts and your breath and try to control your breath slow as can you can control.
Do Kapal Bhati at least 10 minutes every day–
Kapal Bharti is one of the best exercises the way of mental strength after doing this exercise you will realize and feel inner
happiness and I’m sure how big stress you have you will feel good and relax for a moment this exercise will help you not only for mental
strength rather it has been scientifically proven that it helps for glowing your skin and improve your digestive system too. you can do it anywhere in your home or office.
Do Alom Vilom at least 10 minutes–
this is a very basic exercise and you might have heard about that even you have done it in your school during the PT period. this is also one of the easiest exercises. you can get a lot of tutorial videos on youtube for free and what you have to do in this exercise you have to focus on your breath and every time when you take a breath just go deeply feel your stomach you can hold it for a moment then release you can do it faster than faster as you can and after a few moments later you will feel some kind of peace some kind of relaxation in your mind if you get angry very quickly then you must try that moment while you getting angry just take a deep breath and hold it for a moment and slowly release.
Spend time with yourself for at least 15 minutes every day –

care about you,
who loves you more than anyone,
did you know?
yes, you know very well,
it’s you,
it’s, itself and you don’t have time for those who really care about you, who always want to see you happy, you have to spend time
with yourself, you have to ask yourself, you have to talk to yourself, and believe me how big problems you might have how bad your life is going you will get answer coz it’s you who has the answer of your all question and believe me, certainly, you will get reach the conclusion for your problems and everything would be easy for you and you will realize doing meditation
and yoga is not difficult for you. please note this point if you cant spend time with yourself or if you can’t stay with yourself then
how can you know about yourself if I talk about meditation then this is meditation, meditation is to spend time with yourself meditation is while your mind goes beyond your limitation while you feel infinite inner silence while you feel connectivity within your inner source and you feel an infinite pleasure which can’t be bought through the money it’s very costly and it can be only experienced and you just need to establish a connection between you and your inner self, try to connect with your inner self. forget about everything which is happening in your life this is the moment that belongs to only you feel it live it enjoy it.
Start your day with early morning–
you must have heard that when you ask a successful person what is their secrete of success then every successful person says
I start my day in the early morning. wake up in the early morning is not only a good habit rather it’s good for health. when you start your day as soon you can then you would have more extra time and you will not feel like ‘I don’t have time for that thing or those things. while you start your day along in the early morning it will help you not only to build a good habit rather you will have time for yourself you will be able to spend more time with yourself and it’s always assumed that when you practice meditation in the early morning it is a very best timing for practice coz this is the time when with you and all living being including nature also would have been awake I believe if you lose this timing from your day you are losing an opportunity which not everyone can able to afford so you have got a chance don’t lose this opportunity…
